A deep bending roller and a deep bending driving device are provided on the support frame; the deep bending driving device comprises a translation base, a translation driving mechanism used for driving the translation base to horizontally move on the support frame, and a deep bending swing driving mechanism used for driving the deep bending roller to swing up and down; a deep bending roller frame is hingedly connected to the translation base; the deep bending swing driving mechanism is mounted on the translation base and connected to the deep bending roller frame; and a deep bending roller body is provided with a standby position, a deep bending position, and a strip threading position pressed on the surface of strip steel on the strip threading guide plate.
