The display device according to one embodiment comprises: a substrate at least including a flat area and a trench area recessed from the flat area; an electrode pattern which is arranged on the substrate, and which includes a recessed portion curved along the profile of the trench area of the substrate; a planarization layer inserted into the recessed portion; a first insulating layer covering the substrate, the electrode pattern and the planarization layer; and a light-emitting element arranged on the first insulating layer, wherein the planarization layer may contain an organic/inorganic composite material.
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage. Le dispositif d'affichage selon un mode de réalisation comprend : un substrat comprenant au moins une zone plate et une zone de tranchée évidée à partir de la zone plate ; un motif d'électrode qui est disposé sur le substrat, et qui comprend une partie évidée incurvée le long du profil de la zone de tranchée du substrat ; une couche de planarisation insérée dans la partie évidée ; une première couche isolante recouvrant le substrat, le motif d'électrode et la couche de planarisation ; et un élément électroluminescent disposé sur la première couche isolante, la couche de planarisation pouvant contenir un matériau composite organique/inorganique.
