Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed in the present invention are a high-stability recombinant collagen, and a construction method therefor and the use thereof. On the basis of an original collagen sequence, one or more mutations selected from a group consisting of avoiding an unstable GXY triplet, removing potential MMP cleavage sites, eliminating unstable chemical factors, and increasing the content of RGD in the sequence are performed. The method can be extended to expression systems other than Pichia pastoris. The recombinant collagen obtained by means of the method has physicochemical properties and biological functions similar to those of the original sequence. When used as a biological material, the recombinant collagen has high inter-batch consistency, is convenient for quality control and facilitates product stability due to having higher stability.
