The present disclosure relates to the field of semiconductor circuit design, and in particular to a data processing method, a data processing structure, and a memory. The data processing method comprises: obtaining original data to be stored and grouping said original data to obtain a plurality of pieces of first split data, the plurality of pieces of first split data having the same number of symbols; encoding each piece of first split data to generate first encoded data, wherein the first encoded data comprises: the first split data and check data corresponding to the first split data; recombining the first encoded data to generate write data; storing the write data into a memory cell; and obtaining read data of the memory cell, and decoding and checking the read data to generate corrected read data, so as to correct multi-bit burst errors occurring in the process of storing data or transmitting data by a memory.
