Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to producing mats made of pre-impregnated continuous fibres, in multiple directions and multiple layers with a controllable angle between the fibres and the manufacturing process of said mats made of pre-impregnated composites, which once cured and manufactured, become a component in a composite with high structural strength, which is low cost and has several applications in several fields. The resulting pre-impregnated material can be cured through the action of temperature or pressure, becoming components in composites with simple and complex geometries with industrial application in industries such as construction, naval engineering, aviation, railway engineering, the automotive and truck industries, oil and gas, defence, sports articles and several industrial components, among others.
La présente invention concerne l'obtention de couvertures de fibres continues multicouches et multidirectionnelles avec angle inter-fibres réglable, ainsi que le procédé d'obtention de ces couvertures de composites pré-imprégnés qui, après durcissement et fabrication, se transforment en un composant en composite à haute résistance structurale, peu coûteux et utilisable dans divers segments et applications. Le matériau pré-imprégné résultant peut être durci sous l'action de la température et de la pression, d'où sa transformation en composants en composites à géométries simples et complexes trouvant des applications industrielles dans des secteurs tels que la construction civile, l'industrie navale, l'aéronautique, l'industrie ferroviaire, l'automobile et les camions, le pétrole et le gaz, la défense, les articles de sport et divers composants industriels, entre autres.
A presente invenção refere-se à obtenção de manta de fibras contínuas multicamadas e multidirecionais com ângulo entre fibras controláveis, e o método de obtenção destas mantas de compósitos pré-impregnados que após curados e manufaturados, transformam-se em um componente em compósito com alta resistência estrutural, com baixo custo e com diversos segmentos e aplicações. O material pré-impregnado resultante pode ser curado com ação de temperatura e pressão, transformando-se em componentes em compósitos com geometrias simples e complexas com aplicações industriais em setores como construção civil, naval, aeronáutica, ferroviária, automobilística e caminhões, óleo e gás, defesa, artigos esportivos, diversos componentes industriais, entre outras. |
