Zusammenfassung: | A device and a method for enabling a quantitative thyroid SPECT without CT by using a neural network, according to one embodiment, are disclosed. The device for enabling a quantitative thyroid SPECT without CT by using a neural network, according to one embodiment, comprises: a generation unit for generating an attenuation map by inputting a first single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) image and a second SPECT image of the thyroid into a first model; a segmentation unit for segmenting a thyroid map by inputting the attenuation map and the first SPECT image into a second model; and a calculation unit for calculating the radiopharmaceutical uptake amount of the thyroid by using the first SPECT image sinogram, the second SPECT image sinogram, the attenuation map and the thyroid map.
L'invention concerne un dispositif et une méthode pour permettre un SPECT thyroïdien quantitatif sans CT à l'aide d'un réseau neuronal, selon un mode de réalisation. Le dispositif pour permettre un SPECT thyroïdien quantitatif sans CT à l'aide d'un réseau neuronal, selon un mode de réalisation, comprend : une unité de génération pour générer une carte d'atténuation par entrée d'une première image de tomographie d'émission monophotonique (SPECT) et d'une seconde image SPECT de la thyroïde dans un premier modèle; une unité de segmentation pour segmenter une carte thyroïdienne par entrée de la carte d'atténuation et de la première image SPECT dans un second modèle; et une unité de calcul pour calculer la quantité d'absorption radiopharmaceutique de la thyroïde à l'aide du premier sinogramme d'image SPECT, du second sinogramme d'image SPECT, de la carte d'atténuation et de la carte thyroïdienne.
