POWER AMPLIFIER AND HIGH-FREQUENCY MODULE

The present disclosure relates to a power amplifier and a high-frequency module, and has the objective to provide a power amplifier with easy broadband impedance matching and a high-frequency module using said amplifier. The power amplifier and the high-frequency module using said amplifier of the present disclosure are configured so that a first transistor pair, consisting of a first transistor and a second transistor connected in parallel, and a second transistor pair, consisting of a third transistor and a fourth transistor connected in parallel, are connected in parallel.
