A battery module fixing end plate and a battery module. The battery module fixing end plate comprises an end plate body (1), wherein a reinforcing structure is provided on one side of the end plate body (1) and comprises a plurality of reinforcing grooves (2) having a depth direction as a Z direction, and the plurality of reinforcing grooves (2) are distributed in an array in an X direction and a Y direction; and a fixing structure is arranged at each end of the end plate body (1), at least one accommodation recess (3) is provided in the middle of one side of the end plate body (1) where the reinforcing structure is located in the Y direction, coaxial through holes (4) are provided in groove walls of two opposite ends of the accommodation recess (3) in the Y direction, and the reinforcing structure is arranged across the accommodation recess (3). The battery module comprises the above battery module fixing end plate, such that the support strength of the middle of the end plate body can be increased, the prob
