The modulation method specifically comprises: obtaining a voltage modulation wave vr* and a current reference value ig* of the DC coupled converter (5); dividing the voltage modulation wave vr* and the current reference value ig*, and dividing an on-off state of the DC coupled converter (5) according to the division result; and when a DC voltage sensor of an electrolytic capacitor in the intermediate power module (2) is removed, completing DC voltage sensor modulation according to the voltage modulation wave vr* and a difference value between the DC voltages on electrolytic capacitors in the other two power modules (1, 3).
