La présente invention concerne : un nanosupport de médicament composite à double ciblage de tissu hépatique/adipeux comprenant des nanoparticules de poly(L-lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) contenant un médicament et un peptide à séquence de ciblage d'adipocyte (ATS) qui peut cibler la prohibitine ; un procédé de préparation de celui-ci ; et des utilisations de celui-ci pour des médicaments et des aliments de santé pour prévenir ou traiter l'obésité ou des maladies métaboliques induites par l'obésité. 본 발명은 약물 함유 폴리(L-락타이드-co-글리콜라이드) (PLGA) 나노 입자 및 프로히비틴(Prohibitin) 표적이 가능한 ATS(Adipoctye targeting Seqeuence) 펩타이드를 포함하는 간/지방조직 이중 표적 복합 나노 약물 전달체, 이의 제조방법 및 이의 비만 또는 비만 유래 대사성 질환 예방 또는 치료용 의약 및 건강식품 용도에 관한 것이다.
