Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a dispersion stabilizer of a polymer polyol and a preparation method therefor, the dispersion stabilizer being prepared by a reaction of: a first polyol having a hydroxyl value of 5-50 mgKOH/g and an ethylene oxide content of less than 20 wt%; a second polyol having a hydroxyl value of 50-100 mgKOH/g and an ethylene oxide content of 20 wt% or more; and a reactive unsaturated compound having at least one carbon-carbon double bond and at least two carbon-oxygen double bonds.
