L'invention concerne des constructions configurées pour exprimer des charges utiles indésirables (par exemple cytotoxiques et immunomodulatrices) dans des cellules, lesquelles constructions peuvent être utilisées pour traiter ou prévenir un cancer/des tumeurs récurrents/secondaires et pour amorcer, induire, augmenter ou favoriser une réponse immunitaire qui est efficace contre un cancer/une tumeur récurrent/secondaire qui pourrait survenir à partir dudit cancer primaire/de ladite tumeur primaire.
