The device comprises an isolation printing head for jetting an isolation film into a forming workbench, wherein during part printing, the isolation printing head jets the isolation film towards a supporting region above alloy powder, and the isolation layer and the part are printed by the same material and then combined to form a supporting structure required by a target part at a position. Due to the fact that the supporting structure is printed during part printing, the optimal position and size of the supporting structure are easily controlled.
