A support and guide mechanism for an injection mold and a stack mold for pillar trim panels of a commercial vehicle, which relates to the technical field of molds. The mechanism comprises an upper mold (1) and a lower mold (2). Two forming cavities (3) are symmetrically arranged between the upper mold (1) and the lower mold (2). A bottom plate (4) is arranged on the lower side of the lower mold (2). An ejector pin fixing plate (5) is arranged between the bottom plate (4) and the lower mold (2). The bottom plate (4) is further provided with a support and guide mechanism (6) for bearing the lower mold (2) and guiding the ejector pin fixing plate (5).
