Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composition for preventing and ameliorating memory decline comprising lysophospholipids derived from marine life containing omega-3 fatty acids and, more specifically, to a composition for preventing and ameliorating memory decline comprising lysophospholipids derived from marine life containing omega-3 fatty acids, wherein the composition may prevent and ameliorate memory decline by effectively supplying the brain with the omega-3 fatty acids, DHA and EPA, through intake of the lysophospholipids.
