The multimedia packet transmission method is executed by a main Bluetooth device, and the method comprises: on the basis of determining that a first Bluetooth device establishes a control link with the main Bluetooth device and a second Bluetooth device does not establish a control link with the main Bluetooth device, controlling the first Bluetooth device to send a multimedia packet to the second Bluetooth device. By controlling the first Bluetooth device to send the multimedia packet to the second Bluetooth device, the second Bluetooth device that does not establish a control link with the main Bluetooth device can receive the multimedia packet, thereby achieving long-distance transmission of Bluetooth devices.
