IMAGE REGISTRATION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FEMORAL SURGERY

An image registration system and method for femoral surgery, the system and method relating to the field of surgical image registration. Before surgery, DRR projection of various angles is performed on a three-dimensional femoral CT image; a femoral coordinate system and a femoral feature point are generated and selected on two-dimensional DRR projection images and two-dimensional X-ray images, respectively; and according to the femoral coordinate system and the femoral feature point, the two-dimensional DRR projection images and the two-dimensional X-ray images are registered. In this way, the image registration precision is improved, and a two-dimensional DRR projection image, in which the femoral posture is the same as the femoral posture during two-dimensional X-ray image scanning, can be accurately obtained, such that a real surgical path can be obtained in order to perform surgical navigation, thus ensuring the precision of surgical assisted navigation and thereby improving the surgical quality.
