FILE MANAGEMENT METHOD AND RELATED DEVICE

The present application provides a file management method, comprising: receiving a structured query language (SQL) statement, the SQL statement comprising a user-defined file operation function; invoking, according to the SQL statement, a file operation interface that corresponds to the file operation function and is provided by a distributed storage system; executing a target operation; and returning an operation result of the target operation. According to the method, SQL query is applied to the distributed storage system, and management such as list retrieval, copying, or deletion of files stored in the distributed storage system can be implemented efficiently by means of parallel processing, without a need for a user to flip through multiple pages or match according to the prefix of a file name, thereby achieving a high execution efficiency.
