PREPARATION METHOD FOR RECYCLABLE EVA/PVA FOAMED MATERIAL, AND FOAMED MATERIAL

The present invention provides a preparation method for a recyclable EVA/PVA foamed material. The method comprises: respectively adding a PVA with an alcoholysis degree of 30-88% and an EVA with a vinyl acetate content of 5-60% to a torque rheometer, and then carrying out a first blending treatment; respectively adding a catalyst and a cross-linking agent to the torque rheometer, and then carrying out a second blending treatment; respectively adding a foaming agent, a filling agent and an active agent to the torque rheometer, and then carrying out a third blending treatment to obtain a material for later use; subjecting the material to mold pressing foam formation, so as to obtain an EVA/PVA foamed material.
