In the present invention, mercaptoethylamine is loaded onto a nanoporous gold-modified screen printing electrode to form an Au-S bond, then PAMAM is fixed to the surface of the electrode using a glutaraldehyde cross-linking agent, and then the amino of PAMAM is linked to the amino in an ochratoxin A aptamer using a glutaraldehyde cross-linking agent so as to modify the surface of the PAMAM/NPG/SPCE sensor with the ochratoxin A aptamer.
