Zusammenfassung:	An exercise and stimulation device may include an exercise apparatus including a resistive member resisting a motion of a part of a user's body; and a stimulation device removably engaging both the resistive member and the part of the user's body for providing at least two different stimulations to the user's body, where the at least two different stimulations are different than one another.
