In detail, the method by which the electronic device provides the delivery information may comprise the steps of: obtaining, from a user terminal, address information for a delivery destination of an item and guide information about the delivery destination; identifying a location of a pin corresponding to the address information on a predetermined map; and providing, to a delivery driver terminal, an image regarding the map on which the pin is displayed, the address information, and the guide information.
