Zusammenfassung:	An electronic voltage and frequency regulation system for thermal-power energy storage. The system comprises: a scheduling instruction issuing unit, a grid-connected power generation unit, a high-voltage plant unit and an access unit, wherein the scheduling instruction issuing unit is connected to the grid-connected power generation unit, the grid-connected power generation unit is respectively connected to the high-voltage plant unit and the access unit, and the high-voltage plant unit is connected to the access unit; and the access unit comprises an energy storage PET high-frequency DC-DC transformer, and the access unit is used for adjusting a change corresponding to the energy storage PET high-frequency DC-DC transformer on the basis of a frequency regulation instruction, which is issued by the grid-connected power generation unit, so as to perform frequency regulation of a thermal-power generation unit.
