The data encoding method is executed by a Bluetooth sending device, and comprises: generating a first audio encoding packet and a second audio encoding packet, wherein the first audio encoding packet at least comprises data to be transmitted in first audio data corresponding to a first sound channel and low-bit data to be transmitted in second audio data corresponding to a second sound channel, and the second audio encoding packet comprises high-bit data to be transmitted in the second audio data (202).
