A column-beam generation method and device for a prefabricated steel structure modular building, and an apparatus. The method comprises: obtaining relevant parameters of a building having a column-beam structure to be generated (S1); using the relevant parameters to match a box unit contour line of the building with a house-type unit contour line of the building so as to screen for a target box unit contour line within the house-type unit contour line, and offsetting the target box unit contour line to obtain an offset contour line (S2); and generating a contour line of the cross section of said column-beam structure of the building according to the target box unit contour line and the offset contour line, and stretching the contour line of the cross section of said column-beam structure of the building to generate a three-dimensional model of said column-beam structure of the building (S3).
