Zusammenfassung:The embodiments of the present application belong to the technical field of storage. Disclosed are a system on chip, a voltage control method for a system on chip, and a terminal. The system on chip comprises a master device and a plurality of storage-related devices, wherein the master device is a device that has a data processing capability; the master device is connected to at least one of the plurality of storage-related devices; and the plurality of storage-related devices comprise: at least two groups of storage-related devices, which operate in at least two voltage domains, wherein the at least two voltage domains are mutually independent voltage domains, and the at least two voltage domains correspond to the at least two groups of storage-related devices on a one-to-one basis.
