Zusammenfassung:	A sample adding needle apparatus having a preheating function, comprising: a sample adding needle (1), comprising a needle tip (101) at the lower end, a needle tail (102) at the upper end, and a rod portion in the middle; a heating sleeve (2), arranged on the outer side of the sample adding needle (1) in a wrapping manner; a heat-insulating sleeve (3), arranged on the outer side surface of the heating sleeve (2) in a wrapping manner; an outer sleeve (4), arranged on the outer side surface of the heat-insulating sleeve (3) in a wrapping manner, the outer sleeve (4) being made of a conductive metal; a heating plate (9), provided at the upper end portion of the sample adding needle (1), the heating sleeve (2) passing through the heating plate (9); a heater (12), provided at the top of the heating plate (9); and a wiring threaded sleeve (13), provided at the upper end portion of the sample adding needle (1) and communicated with the heating sleeve (2). A heating apparatus is designed on the sample adding needle (
