The method comprises: acquiring a gene image and a microscope image of a biological sample; performing cell segmentation on the microscope image to obtain a cell segmentation result; on the basis of the cell segmentation result, respectively determining gene expression signatures of the gene image as cell gene expression signatures located within cells and background gene expression signatures located outside the cells; for each cell gene expression signature, fitting a probability distribution model by means of signal values of a spatial position and the gene expression signature; on the basis of the probability distribution model, determining a probability value that a target background gene expression signature located within a preset range of a target cell belongs to the target cell; and outputting a correction result according to the probability value so as to correct the background gene expression signature.
