Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for simultaneously preparing white carbon black and high-modulus water glass using silicon metal powder, and white carbon black. The silicon metal powder is subjected to a hydrolysis reaction in an alkaline aqueous solution. The reaction product is composed of a precipitate and a solution product. The precipitate is washed with acid, washed with water, dried and crushed to obtain white carbon black. The mass content of silicon dioxide in the white carbon black is greater than or equal to 90%. The solution product is a high-modulus water glass, the modulus of the solution product being higher than 3.5. Compared with the precipitation method of industrial white carbon black production method, the method disclosed in the invention has a short process and is convenient to operate. Furthermore, the method does not require a large amount of acid and does not generate a large amount of saline wastewater, thereby reducing environmental pollution and lowering carbon emissions. |
