A PROCESS FOR PREPARING PLASTICIZER FREE HARD CAPSULE SHELL COMPOSITION

A process for preparing plasticizer-free hard capsule shell composition comprising the steps of i) preparing a solution by dissolving water insoluble polymer in acetic acid; ii) preparing a solution by adding water soluble polymer in water and the said addition is subjected for heating unless a transparent solution is formed; iii) adding step (i) & (ii) in order to obtain a viscous product; iv) pouring the product as obtained in step (iii) in a mould; and v) drying the product as obtained in step (iv) to attain the hollow device in the form of a capsule shell. La présente invention concerne un procédé destiné à la préparation d'une composition de coque de capsule dure exempte de plastifiant comprenant les étapes consistant à i) préparer une solution par dissolution dans de l'acide acétique d'un polymère insoluble dans l'eau ; ii) préparer une solution en ajoutant dans de l'eau un polymère hydrosoluble, ladite addition étant soumise à un chauffage à moins qu'une solution transparente ne se forme ; iii) ajouter les étapes (i) et (ii) afin d'obtenir un produit visqueux ; iv) verser dans un moule le produit tel qu'il a été obtenu à l'étape (iii) ; et v) sécher le produit tel qu'il a été obtenu à l'étape (iv) pour obtenir le dispositif creux sous la forme d'une coque de capsule.
