The present invention relates to a system (1) which enables to perform the communication between units that are included in organizations and responsible for the security of information within the organization and different workers in the said organization in a coordinated way, and ensures that the officials in the senior management unit within organizations can instantly monitor violations of information security in the organization. La présente invention concerne un système (1) qui permet d'assurer la communication entre des unités qui sont comprises dans des organisations et responsables de la sécurité d'informations au sein de l'organisation et de différents travailleurs au sein de ladite organisation d'une manière coordonnée, et garantit que les agents de l'unité de gestion senior d'organisations peuvent instantanément surveiller des violations de la sécurité de l'information au sein de l'organisation.
