Zusammenfassung:	Proposed is a system (16) and method for measuring relative risk measurands of living individuals (2). The relative risk measurands provides a measure for the frequency of occurrences of specific medical events having impacting consequences in specified ranges to the living individual (2) within a defined cohort of living individuals (2) relative to a randomized cohort of living individuals (2). The system provides automation of the risk assessment and measuring process with a high efficiency and accuracy. Sont proposés un système (16) et un procédé de mesure de mesurandes de risque relatifs d'individus vivants (2). Les mesurandes de risque relatifs fournissent une mesure pour la fréquence d'occurrences d'événements médicaux spécifiques ayant des conséquences d'impact dans des plages spécifiées pour l'individu vivant (2) dans une cohorte définie d'individus vivants (2) par rapport à une cohorte aléatoire d'individus vivants (2). Le système fournit une automatisation du processus d'évaluation et de mesure de risque avec un rendement et une précision élevés.
