PRODUCTION OF PU FOAMS USING RECYCLED POLYOLS

Verfahren zur Herstellung von PU-Schaumstoffen durch Umsetzung mindestens einer Polyolkomponente, umfassend Recycling-Polyol, und mindestens einer Isocyanatkomponente in Gegenwart von einem oder mehreren Katalysatoren, die die Reaktionen Isocyanat-Polyol und/oder Isocyanat-Wasser und/oder die Isocyanat-Trimerisierung katalysieren, zumindest einem Schaumstabilisator sowie optional von ein oder mehreren chemischen oder physikalischen Treibmitteln, wobei das eingesetzte Recycling-Polyol eine Gesamtkonzentration an Antioxidationsmitteln der Formel 3a und/oder Formel 1d von 0,001 bis 10 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,002 bis 8 Gew.-%, weiter bevorzugt 0,005 bis 7,5 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-%, enthält, bezogen auf das gesamte Recycling-Polyol.
