Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a conversation provision method and a conversation processing method and system for performing conversation on the basis of a user's information. The conversation provision method according to the present invention may comprise the steps of: forming a conversation session between an agent and a user; generating an utterance of the agent by using the user's history related to a previous conversation session having been formed before the conversation session; and performing a conversation with the user by providing the utterance of the agent to the user. La présente invention concerne un procédé de fourniture de conversation et un procédé et un système de traitement de conversation pour effectuer une conversation sur la base d'informations d'utilisateur. Le procédé de fourniture de conversation selon la présente invention peut comprendre les étapes consistant à : former une session de conversation entre un agent et un utilisateur ; générer un énoncé de l'agent à l'aide de l'historique de l'utilisateur associé à une session de conversation précédente ayant été formée avant la session de conversation ; et effectuer une conversation avec l'utilisateur par fourniture de l'énoncé de l'agent à l'utilisateur. 본 발명은 사용자의 정보를 기초로 대화를 수행하는 대화 제공 방법 및 대화 처리 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 대화 제공 방법은, 에이전트와 사용자 간에 대화 세션이 형성되는 단계, 상기 대화 세션 이전에 형성되었던 이전(previous) 대화 세션과 관련된 사용자의 히스토리를 이용하여, 상기 에이전트의 발화를 생성하는 단계 및 상기 에이전트의 발화를 상기 사용자에게 제공함으로써, 상기 사용자와 대화를 수행하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
