The present invention provides a drain pipe for a refrigeration device, and a refrigeration device. The drain pipe is provided with an inner wall, a chamber defined by the inner wall, a water inlet located at an upper end, and a water outlet located at a lower end; a baffle plate pivotally connected to the drain pipe is provided in the drain pipe; the baffle plate has a first position where the baffle plate partially cuts off the chamber under the action of gravity, and a second position where the baffle plate is raised towards the water inlet direction of the drain pipe under the action of a negative pressure; and when the baffle plate is in the first position, a drain hole through which water flows is formed between the baffle plate and the inner wall.
