Zusammenfassung:	Embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of display, and provide an electrophoretic fluid, an electrophoretic layer, a display panel and a preparation method therefor, and an electronic device for improving the display effect of the display panel. The display panel comprises: a first substrate and a second substrate arranged opposite to each other, and an electrophoretic layer and a conductive adhesive layer located between the first substrate and the second substrate. The first substrate comprises a common electrode layer and a color filter layer arranged in a stacked mode. The second substrate comprises a pixel electrode layer. The electrophoretic fluid comprises a conductive optical adhesive and electrophoretic units, and the electrophoretic units are dispersed in the conductive optical adhesive. The electrophoretic layer prepared by using the electrophoretic fluid is provided on the surface of the color filter layer or the common electrode layer in the first substrate, and the
