METHOD FOR INCREASING RELEASE OF ALKALINE AROMA COMPONENTS IN CIGAR LEAVES IN HEAT-NOT-BURN TOBACCO

A method for increasing release of alkaline aroma components in cigar leaves in a heat-not-burn tobacco, comprising: feeding cigar leaves into a barrel, and entering a vacuum conditioning process, to initially increase the moisture content and temperature of the leaves; sequentially entering a leaf loosening and moistening process, a leaf storage process, and a leaf shredding process, and then entering a primary shred drying process for high-temperature airflow drying to reduce the moisture content of the leaf shreds to 11% or less; entering a secondary shred drying process for low-temperature drum drying to reduce the moisture content of the leaf shreds to 4% or less; entering a flavor adding process to add an alcohol mixed solution into the leaf shreds; and entering a shred storage process to implement absorption and balance of the alcohol mixed solution in the leaf shreds.
