The preservation reagent for dNTP comprises one or more of dimethyl sulfoxide, sulfolane, tetrahydrofuran, dimethylformamide, dimethylacetamide, N,N-dimethylformamide, N-methylformamide and N-methylpyrrolidone. The preservation reagent for dNTP of the present invention can be used for dissolving dNTP, particularly dNTP modified with a reversible blocking group, and improving the stability of dNTP, so that dNTP can be preserved for a long time, which is beneficial for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of amplification and sequencing.
