L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une vis pour une pompe à vis (2), le procédé comprenant le moulage d'une vis dans un outil de moulage à l'aide d'un matériau polymère et l'éjection de la vis du moule par application d'une force axiale à celle-ci, le matériau et les filetages de la vis étant configurés de telle sorte que la force axiale amène la vis à tourner librement dans le moule.
