Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a portable wastewater sample collection device and method that automatically extracts and filters wastewater collected directly from urban sewage collectors using hydraulic equipment and a filter cartridge that recirculates the water collected by a wastewater tank until obtaining a volume of water with a specific concentration to subsequently carry out the viral analysis of the filtered wastewater sample using a qRT-PCR assay. L'invention concerne un dispositif portable de collecte d'échantillons d'eaux usées et un procédé qui extrait et filtre automatiquement les eaux usées collectées directement à partir de collecteurs d'eaux usées urbaines à l'aide d'un équipement hydraulique et d'une cartouche filtrante qui fait recirculer l'eau collectée par un réservoir d'eaux usées jusqu'à obtenir un volume d'eau ayant une concentration spécifique pour effectuer ensuite l'analyse virale de l'échantillon d'eaux usées filtrées à l'aide d'un dosage qRT-PCR.
