The strain and the composition not only have resistance to methylglyoxal, which is a precursor of AGEs, but also effectively reduce AGEs, and thus have the effects of prevention, amelioration, or treatment of diseases caused by AGEs. La présente invention concerne une nouvelle souche présentant une résistance au méthylglyoxal et une activité de réduction de produits finaux de glycation avancée (AGE), et une composition comprenant la souche.
