Zusammenfassung:	One aspect of the invention relates to a brake warning system (2) for a manual brake of an at least two-wheeled vehicle V comprising a handlebar (10) provided with manual brakes (1), a lighting device (14, 15) and a brake detector (2) communicating with the lighting device (14, 15) via a wireless transmission, which system is characterised in that the brake detector (2) comprises a force sensor (22) and in that it is arranged in a sleeve (20) comprising a battery. The force sensor is a compact and low-consumption device for detecting when the user is braking simply by directly measuring the force that they exert on the brake lever. It does not require a mechanical element and can therefore be easily retrofitted. The lighting device may be, for example, a brake light. Un aspect de l'invention concerne un avertisseur de freinage (2) d'un frein manuel d'un véhicule V d'au moins deux roues comprenant un guidon (10) équipé de freins manuels (1), un dispositif d'éclairage (14, 15) et un détecteur de freinage (2) communiquant avec le dispositif d'éclairage (14, 15) par une transmission sans fil, caractérisé en ce que le détecteur de freinage (2) comprend un capteur de force (22) et qu'il est disposé dans un manchon (20) comprenant une batterie. Le capteur de force est un dispositif compact et à faible consommation qui permet de détecter quand l'utilisateur freine simplement en mesurant directement la force qu'il exerce sur le levier de frein, aucun élément mécanique n'est nécessaire ce qui facilite le montage en particulier en post équipement.
