| Zusammenfassung: | Provided are a hydraulic system and a work machine. The hydraulic system, used for controlling a hydraulic execution mechanism of the work machine, comprises a first hydraulic pump, a second hydraulic pump, a valve assembly and a control device, the first hydraulic pump is connected to the hydraulic execution mechanism by means of a first oil supply oilway, and the second hydraulic pump is connected to the hydraulic execution mechanism by means of a second oil supply oilway; the control device is configured to control the valve assembly, so that the first oil supply oilway and the second oil supply oilway are alternately communicated with the hydraulic execution mechanism. The control device controls the valve assembly, so that the first hydraulic pump and the second hydraulic pump can alternately supply oil to the hydraulic execution mechanism, so that the working duration of a single pump in a single time period is shortened, and the service life of the whole hydraulic pump is prolonged.
