Zusammenfassung: | The present invention may extract a machining area of a soft jaw by inputting three-dimensional geometry information for the soft jaw, a workpiece, and a tool and a machining condition of the soft jaw, build a machining program for the soft jaw in the extracted machining area by using a machining template, and machine the soft jaw by applying the machining program to a numerical control device of a machine tool, thereby reducing time for generating the machining program for machining the soft jaw and time for machining the soft jaw. Furthermore, a hassle of an operator, caused by building a soft jaw machining program, may be eliminated and a non-machining time of the machine tool may be reduced as well.
La présente invention peut extraire une zone d'usinage d'une mordache par saisie d'informations de géométrie tridimensionnelle pour la mordache, une pièce ouvrée et un outil ainsi que des conditions d'usinage de la mordache, élaborer un programme d'usinage pour la mordache dans la zone d'usinage extraite en utilisant un gabarit d'usinage, et usiner la mordache par application du programme d'usinage à un dispositif de commande numérique d'une machine-outil, réduisant ainsi le temps de génération du programme d'usinage pour usiner la mordache et le temps d'usinage de la mordache. En outre, les difficultés d'un opérateur causées par l'élaboration d'un programme d'usinage de mordache peuvent être éliminées et un temps de non-usinage de la machine-outil peut également être réduit.
