La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une feuille d'acier galvanisé à ultra-haute résistance présentant une excellente soudabilité, le procédé comprenant une étape de recuit d'une feuille d'acier laminée à froid dans un four de recuit, le temps de recuit (A) nécessaire à la réalisation du recuit et la concentration d'humidité (B) dans le four de recuit étant commandés sur la base du produit de la racine carrée positive du temps de recuit (A1/2) et de la valeur du logarithme naturel du nombre réciproque de la concentration d'humidité ((ln(1/B)). 본 발명은 냉연 강판을 소둔로 내에서 소둔 열처리하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 소둔 열처리를 수행하는 소둔시간(A)과 상기 소둔로 내의 수분농도(B)는, 상기 소둔시간의 양의 제곱근(A1/2)과 상기 수분농도의 역수값에 대하여 자연로그를 취한 값(ln(1/B))의 곱을 기준으로 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 용접성이 우수한 초고강도 아연도금강판의 제조방법을 제공한다.
