The power module comprises a first metal-clad substrate, a plurality of chips, and a first connecting piece; a first electrode of each chip is electrically connected to a first metal layer of the first metal-clad substrate; the first connecting piece comprises a first main body portion and a plurality of first contact portions; a second electrode of each chip in the plurality of chips is in contact with at least one first contact portion; a part of the first main body portion is formed between at least one pair of adjacent first contact portions.
