GENE HAVING EXTRACELLULAR DOMAIN OF BCMA AS LABEL, POLYPEPTIDE, RECOMBINANT EXPRESSION VECTOR, GENETICALLY ENGINEERED CELL AND USE THEREOF

Provided in the present invention are a gene having an extracellular domain of BCMA as a label, a polypeptide, a recombinant expression vector, a genetically engineered cell and the use thereof. The gene tBCMA is a gene encoding all or part of the sequence of the extracellular domain of BCMA, or a gene encoding a sequence having at least 85% identity to the all or part of the sequence. According to the present invention, an extracellular domain polypeptide (tBCMA) of a B cell maturation antigen is used as a label, and the gene is used for the techniques of detection and clearance of genetically engineered immune cells.
