La présente invention concerne un glycérogel et un procédé permettant sa production, et plus précisément : un glycérogel extrêmotolérant qui présente une excellente stabilité à long terme à -50 °C à 80 °C tout en conservant les propriétés structurelles et fonctionnelles d'un hydrogel ; un procédé permettant sa fabrication ; et un produit appliqué le contenant. 본 발명은 글리세로젤 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 하이드로젤의 구조적 및 기능적 특성을 희생하지 않고 -50 - 80 ℃에서 우수한장기안정성을 나타내는 극한내성 글리세로젤, 그 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 응용제품에 관한 것이다.
