The first electrode comprises slits (11) that extend in a first direction, and orthographic projections of two ends of at least one slit (11) on the first substrate are located within the range of an orthographic projection of the light-shielding region on the first substrate, such that a disturbed region of an electric field that is formed by the first electrode and the second electrode can be transferred to the inside of the light-shielding layer, thereby increasing transmittance.
