NOVEL E3 LIGASE LIGAND AND USE THEREOF

The present invention relates to a novel E3 ligase ligand and, more specifically, to a proteolysis-targeting chimera, a composition for target protein degradation comprising the proteolysis-targeting chimera; and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating a neurodegenerative disease. Proteolysis-targeting chimeras comprising the novel E3 ligase ligand and a mutant thereof according to the present invention were experimentally confirmed to have excellent target protein degrading efficacy. Therefore, the E3 ligase ligand and the mutant thereof of the present invention can be variously utilized in a field of research related to target protein degradation and a field of disease treatment through target protein degradation. La présente invention concerne un nouveau ligand de ligase E3 et, plus particulièrement, une chimère ciblant la protéolyse, une composition pour la dégradation de protéines cibles comprenant la chimère ciblant la protéolyse ; et une composition pharmaceutique pour prévenir ou traiter une maladie neurodégénérative. Il a été confirmé expérimentalement que les chimères ciblant la protéolyse comprenant le nouveau ligand E3 ligase et un mutant de celui-ci selon la présente invention présentent une excellente efficacité de dégradation de la protéine cible.
